Three-hour guided tour by bus — explore historic Reds ballparks and key breweries, including a stop at Great American Ball Park and a beer at Moerlein Lager House.
This three-hour bus tour connects Cincinnati’s rich baseball history with its brewing heritage. Starting at the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, the journey moves to Great American Ball Park, where you can see the home dugout and learn about the team's legacy.
The route includes stops at iconic sites such as Union Grounds and Cincinnati's Union Terminal, both historic venues of the 1869 Red Stockings. You'll also visit the remains of Crosley Field, Avenue Grounds, and Bank Street Grounds, along with the original parade route of Findlay Market’s Opening Day Parade.
Each participant receives a souvenir map and a ticket voucher to the Reds Hall of Fame, as well as a complimentary beer at Moerlein Lager House. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes; you'll be on the move between significant landmarks.

The tour provided a lot of useful information. However, the guides would have benefited from using microphones and having a better grasp of the material instead of just reading from scripts. Overall, it was a fantastic way to explore the city, and the beer at the end was enjoyable.
This tour was fantastic! The guide had a wealth of knowledge about the city's connections to baseball and beer. The bus was comfortable, and the souvenir map was great quality—I'll definitely frame it. It's an ideal experience for anyone who enjoys baseball, beer, and history. I will be telling my friends about this tour.
This tour is a must for any baseball enthusiast. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Cincinnati's baseball history and its ties to brewing. Visiting the sites of the former ballparks was fascinating. If you're a fan of baseball and beer, you shouldn't miss this experience.
I had a wonderful time on this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable about Cincinnati and engaged well with everyone. I would absolutely recommend it.
There was a considerable amount of history, and we had to frequently disembark from the bus. It was quite hot, and it didn’t meet our expectations. We had anticipated a tour of the baseball park.
I brought my dad along for his 76th birthday, and we both had a fantastic time. Our guide Aaron shared a wealth of knowledge about the history and made the experience fun with quiz questions. We're eager to return for more tours. The small group and gorgeous Saturday morning made it even better, ending with a pint and a goetta sandwich. Great job overall.
The experience was quite frustrating. Due to a heat wave, the tour should have been canceled, as it was too hot to get off the bus. The seating arrangement made it difficult to see the sights, and the air conditioning failed halfway through, causing the temperature to exceed 100 degrees inside the bus. We had to leave early because my 6-month-old daughter couldn't handle it, while my dad said other kids grew increasingly restless due to the discomfort. Although the guide was knowledgeable, his storytelling felt disjointed, presenting random facts for two hours. We visited almost no noteworthy sites, with just one brewery at the end, which hardly justifies calling it a brewery tour. Paying $70 per person for such an uncomfortable experience felt like a waste.
The tour operators are very friendly, but the experience needs several enhancements to be enjoyable. We took a 3-hour bus tour in July without air conditioning, enduring hot and dark conditions, and there were no bathroom breaks. The tour included historic landmarks that were mostly paved areas or poorly maintained buildings. While they have a promising concept, I would suggest these improvements: (1) switch to a more comfortable bus with air conditioning; (2) expand trivia to include general MLB topics along with some local Cincinnati questions; (3) include a midway stop at a brewery for bathroom access and drinks; and/or (4) add a visit to the Hall of Fame or the baseball shop.
Aaron, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided insightful answers to all our questions about the tour and related topics. The historic stops were fantastic, particularly the insights into their origins.
Brian provided an excellent overview of the rich history of the Cincinnati Reds. While being a baseball fan enhances the experience, it's not essential. As a local, Brian shared insights about the local sports scene and the challenges posed by competing entertainment options. The comfortable tour bus allowed for a nice break, and visiting the Reds Hall of Fame before or after the tour is highly recommended, as it showcases the team's history from the 1880s to today.
