This full-day tour takes you to some of the Loire Valley's notable vineyards, including Chinon, Saumur, and Bourgueil. You’ll visit three different wineries, walk through the vineyards, tour the caves, and participate in over ten wine tastings, which cover a range of styles from whites to rosés, reds, and sparkling wines.
Included in the experience is a homemade picnic lunch enjoyed at one of the vineyards. Pickup is available from locations within a 10-kilometre radius of Chinon, and private tours for one person can incur an extra surcharge. If you want to take some wines home, purchasing at the vineyards is encouraged, and shipping arrangements can be made for delivery.

One of the standout moments was the delicious lunch they prepared using locally sourced ingredients, which we will always remember. Working with Linda and Keith was a pleasure. Prior to our visit, they offered helpful tips on how to get to Chinon from our hotel and gave dining suggestions, including local brioche. They were accommodating with our pickup at a convenient location near Chinon Fortress and dropped us off at the train station after our winery tour. Our only disappointment was missing the chance to experience their rental cottage, which looks lovely; we’ll save that for our next visit.
