I had high hopes for this experience, especially given the $600 price for a 30-minute ride. However, the service was disappointing. After initially booking for my husband's birthday on a Monday, I was informed that they don’t operate on that day, forcing us to reschedule. We managed to move it to the day before, but the pilot offered a $100 discount only if I opted for a full refund, which didn't seem fair. Upon arrival, we waited 30 minutes, only to see another couple go ahead of us because they were late, leaving us to miss the sunset. Customer service was unhelpful, and when the pilot finally returned, he suggested we could skip the flight if we wanted. Ultimately, we flew since we were already there, but the experience was lackluster and not worth the money. To top it off, they charged us $40 for a photo, which felt unreasonable. I feel embarrassed for hyping this up for my husband’s birthday and would not recommend this company or pilot to anyone. If you're considering a helicopter tour in Chattanooga, seek alternatives.

This was an incredible experience. The price is justified for the chance to view the area from above, rather than from a fast-moving plane. Having lived here for 30 years, I never realized what I was missing until seeing it from this vantage point, flying close to the bluffs at 200 feet and discovering things I hadn’t noticed before. Our pilot, Cayman, was excellent. He was friendly, relatable, and shared interesting insights about the local area and homes. Even though I knew many stories myself, I appreciated his take on things. This trip is a must-do; you definitely won’t regret it.
We arrived for our 2:30 PM helicopter ride only to find out that the helicopter was undergoing maintenance and we would need to return in the morning. We came back today, yet again, no one was there. There was no communication via phone call, text, or email to inform us. It was extremely frustrating. I want a refund.

This was the best excursion in Chattanooga. The helicopter ride was smooth and comfortable, with no traffic and stunning views. The pilot provided informative commentary about various sights, including Payton Manning's high school and a Volkswagen electric car factory. I would happily do it again to see even more.
