Quest is an excellent rafting company that we’ve used twice. They prioritize safety, and our guide, Tim, was outstanding. We even used our skills to help another guest who fell out and rescued a park ranger in need of medical supplies. One unforgettable moment was when an osprey swooped into our raft and went down the rapids with us, marking our guide's first bird rescue. At Quest, you never feel like just another guest; they ensure your safety and provide an exceptional experience. The food at the Apricot Cafe is fantastic—definitely try the fried pickles after your trip.
Aaron served as our guide for a full-day trip, and he took the time to assess our skill levels before we started on the river. Once he recognized our prior experience and confidence in following his instructions, he ensured we received excellent value for our money. He thoroughly explained each rapid in advance, detailing what the river would do and what actions we needed to take for the best experience. Lunch was also great. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience.
Our guide was Chase, and he was the best we’ve ever experienced. We're from North Carolina and plan to return in a couple of weeks—hopefully with Chase as our guide once more.
This full river adventure with Grayson was fantastic for my son's 13th birthday. I would give it 5 stars all around. It's truly one of the best experiences I've had on the river, and I've been on similar trips four times, along with many others across the US.
As the Outdoor Adventures Coordinator from UWF, I can say this was our second year rafting with Quest Expeditions, and I truly hope it’s not our last. Their team is exceptional: kind, fun, and highly skilled at ensuring safety while delivering an unforgettable experience. We navigated the full 10-mile stretch during a busy Labor Day weekend with three rafts, and every student finished the trip with huge smiles. A big thank you to our guides Grayson, Arron, and Kaelyn for their outstanding support. The bunkhouse accommodations were also ideal, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable trip. Thank you, Quest, for the fantastic adventure!
Big John served as an outstanding guide throughout our trip. He kept us informed about what to anticipate, and we navigated the rafting adventure confidently. We had a wonderful experience, even with the rain. Big John also offered us opportunities to participate in unique activities that not everyone got to enjoy. It was an excellent trip.
We have gone on five trips with Quest, but this was our first full day on the Ocoee, and it was fantastic. The lunch exceeded our expectations. We plan to do the full day again next year with our family of six. The guide provided great information and his jokes were enjoyable. Some of the bus guide’s attempts at humor were a bit odd, but overall, I strongly recommend this experience.
This is my second time with Quest Expeditions, and it's my girlfriend’s first experience. We all enjoyed it immensely. Our guide, Tristan, was highly skilled and ensured we experienced the highlights of the river. Even though my girlfriend appeared scared in the photos, she had a blast and was glad she participated. The quality of the pictures was outstanding, capturing so many great moments! They truly make it a memorable adventure for everyone. I'm eager to book another trip soon.
This was an incredibly fun experience. It was my second time white water rafting, and it felt completely different from my first one, all thanks to Big John. He expertly guided us through the rapids. I had some nerves since my initial experience in another state lacked clear direction, making it feel like we were just going along for the ride. Big John’s knowledge was essential for ensuring a fun, smooth, and safe trip. Definitely deserving of five stars.
