My wife and I were welcomed by Michael, and we found out we were the only ones on the tour for her birthday. At first, we were a bit disappointed, but that quickly changed when we realized she would have her own private dinner experience. Michael made the evening both enjoyable and insightful. The food was incredible, starting with the Old Gilman Grill, then the Paloma Bar de Tapas on the scenic 10th floor of the Westin Chattanooga, and finally, the Common House Chattanooga. We were already full after the first stop, wondering if we could finish, but both the second and third stops were just as fantastic. We want to extend a special thank you to Michael for making this tour an amazing experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend this tour to anyone considering it; you certainly won't regret it. When Michael asked about our favorite dish, it was a tough decision for me, but I loved the Carrot Cake at Paloma Bar de Tapas, while my wife preferred the Pasta from Old Gilman Grill.
The food tour was fantastic, and Michael really excelled in making the evening memorable. The food was exceptional and abundant, particularly at Polamas. It's best to take this tour early in your trip so you can revisit your top spot for more dishes. I would certainly do it again on my next visit to this beautiful city.

I had a wonderful time on the tour with Michael. There was an abundance of tasty food at intriguing locations, and he shared fascinating historical insights about Chattanooga.
We arrived a bit early at Old Gilman Grill, and the friendly staff was ready for us. Our guide, Michael, made us feel very welcome and was extremely knowledgeable. There was just one other couple on the tour, an engaged pair that we enjoyed getting to know. Michael shared plenty of information about the delicious food and ensured that all three locations catered to our preferences. The food was not only tasty but also beautifully presented, with generous tastings of each item. We particularly loved Paloma’s chicken, and visiting Common House, a private club, was fascinating. Thanks to Michael's expertise, we would certainly consider taking this tour again.
