Reviews
Both the trolley tour guide and the train tour guide were outstanding, providing a wealth of information throughout the experience.
This was a fantastic experience; our guide was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your trip. We learned about numerous interesting places to visit, but since it was our last day, we couldn't explore them all. We're planning to return to check out many of those spots. This tour is essential.
It was satisfactory, but I struggled to hear the main guide due to numerous side conversations. We also departed later than the scheduled time.
The guide was nice, but our experience consisted mainly of taking the trolley to the train yard, where our train ride was canceled. While they refunded the train ticket, I wouldn't have paid that price just for the uninteresting trolley ride. It's worth noting that you can simply drive to the train yard, where there's free parking, and buy a train ticket without needing the trolley. Although some might enjoy the trolley tour, we found it uncomfortable and dull.
The trolley tour around the town was fantastic. However, we were really disappointed when we waited to ride the train, only to hear that it was canceled. We missed out on that experience for the day.
It was an amazing experience. Our guide Craig was both entertaining and very knowledgeable. We gained extensive insight into Chattanooga's history. The train tour was fascinating, particularly when we observed how they turn the engine around at the end of the route. It's hard to believe that 4 men used to turn the engine by hand given its heavy weight.
I had a wonderful time learning fascinating history about Chattanooga from the tour guides on both the Trolley and the Train.
I had a great time and gained so much knowledge. The train ride was a highlight for me. Our tour guide was both informative and entertaining.
The trolley driver was very informative regarding Chattanooga's history and had a friendly demeanor. I also liked the train ride, and the guides were entertaining. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this tour with no complaints.
The trolley ride offers a wealth of information and a solid overview of attractions in Chattanooga. However, the seating on the trolley is not very comfortable for the initial hour of the four-hour tour. The train ride, along with its historical insights, was excellent and comfortable. Overall, the price is quite fair given the experience provided.
