The rideables were enjoyable and simple to handle. Our tour guide was excellent and well-informed. I rated it three stars due to my booking being rescheduled twice. While the first change was understandable, upon arriving at the new time, we discovered it had been delayed by another 30 minutes without prior notification. Given the ongoing inconvenience, we should have been offered some discount. This experience makes me hesitant to book again.
My family and I had an incredible time. The little scooters were enjoyable and comfortable to ride. We gained extensive knowledge about the city and explored far more than we would have on foot. My son can’t stop laughing about Caleb’s “dance party.” Thank you!
My husband and I had a fantastic time exploring downtown on Rydables. Our guide, Gwen, made the experience relaxed, allowing us to stop for photos and walk around interesting spots. She shared many fascinating facts and stories about Chattanooga, all delivered with a great sense of humor. We received plenty of waves and questions from drivers, and I’m sure Rydables will gain new customers thanks to us. We can't wait to bring our grandchildren—it's perfect for them since the older ones can ride solo while the younger ones join us. Whether you're visiting or a long-time resident of Chattanooga, this experience is a must.
I had an incredible time! The train journey was fantastic.
Exploring downtown Chattanooga was a truly unique and enjoyable experience for our family. We ventured down to the waterfront and discovered new historical insights about the city.
The experience was enjoyable and enlightening. The guides were excellent.
This experience was incredibly enjoyable. Samuel made for an excellent guide. Chattanooga is a charming little town, and this tour is far more enjoyable than walking the entire distance.
UNPROFESSIONAL!! Just thirty minutes before we were supposed to arrive, we received a call saying our reservation couldn't be honored due to a lack of tour guides, without any prior notice or apology. When we requested a refund, the representative told us to contact TripAdvisor. Despite reaching out promptly about the nearly $400 charge for our family, TripAdvisor has been unable to connect with the provider or get a response. We are still waiting for the owners to respond regarding our refund.
I had a great time riding through the city. While my scooter was somewhat uncomfortable, my kids and family really enjoyed the experience.
Riding was enjoyable, and the guide was friendly and supportive. We really had a great time on our first day in Chattanooga.
