It was my first helicopter experience, and it was absolutely exhilarating! We thoroughly enjoyed it. I even had others asking where I got my tickets. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely fly again. Next time, I might opt for a longer tour.
The experience was excellent, and the pilot along with the assistant were very friendly. Although the entrance is located over the exit ramp of the interstate, which has little traffic, caution is advised when arriving and leaving.

We were notified via text about a change in location that resulted in the cancellation of our helicopter ride just five hours before it was supposed to happen. We appreciated the timely communication and the option for a full refund or a discounted rebooking for another time. Since we are on vacation, we chose the full refund. While we know these things can happen, it was disappointing as the ride was meant to be a surprise for my partner.

This was the highlight of our journey! The experience lasted around 15 minutes, during which Hunter pointed out fascinating landmarks for tourists. He flew us while his partner helped get us into the helicopter. Both were incredibly friendly and helped calm our nerves before takeoff.
We had booked a helicopter tour for my husband's birthday, and we were really looking forward to it. However, on the day of the tour, the pilot texted us to suggest extending our time from 11 AM to 2 PM, promising a longer experience if we did so. While we had no immediate plans after the tour, we considered it if it meant a worthwhile experience. The new total duration turned out to be just 15 minutes, which we found unacceptable. Waiting 3 hours for such a short flight was very disappointing.
I couldn't go due to helicopter problems, but the staff contacted me early that morning to inform me and promptly processed my refund. While I'm disappointed, I don't hold any hard feelings towards them.
