Rob was an excellent and personable guide. He was easy to get along with and had a wealth of knowledge about Charlottetown and the island. I would highly recommend this tour.
We had a private tour since we were the only ones participating. The food was excellent, and the conversation was enjoyable. The unexpected visit to the basilica added an interesting element to the experience.
I hoped our guide would provide more information and engage in conversation. The tour lacked educational depth, and both my wife and I wanted to gain more insights about the town. The food, however, was enjoyable.
This $70 per person tour was marketed as a blend of food, history, and culture. Unfortunately, the experience reflected more on management than the young guide, who seemed inadequately prepared. Upon arrival at the meeting point, we were told to look for a guide in a white polo shirt, but he wore a grey one and arrived about ten minutes late. The food portion of the tour included chowder, a lobster roll, and oysters, all of which were good, especially the lobster roll; however, the ice cream at the end was mediocre. The advertised poutine tasting did not happen, and surprisingly, our guide didn’t like seafood. There was hardly any historical or cultural context provided; the only mention was about mice on buildings. What could have been an enjoyable experience wasn't worth the cost.
The food was excellent, and I had a wonderful time exploring the town while gaining insights into various aspects. The ice cream was particularly enjoyable.
The experience was outstanding! The food was incredible, particularly the lobster roll. Exploring with Travis felt like spending time with an old friend in their hometown. I highly recommend it!
The food was generally enjoyable. Our guide was a pleasant young man on his first tour, but he lacked knowledge about the local cuisine and culture. With more experience, he will likely improve.
Travis proved to be an outstanding guide, sharing a wealth of knowledge and even taking a short detour to show us some interesting AGG items he thought we would appreciate. I highly recommend this experience.
