There is a lot of construction occurring in the downtown area, which impacts the quality of the views. Many of the sights consist of residential homes, which are not particularly captivating.
The bus driver shared fascinating facts throughout the trip. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but I did enjoy the visit to the chocolate store we stopped at.
The guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We experienced parts of the town that we would have missed on foot and appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendation.

I visited Charlottetown for work but took some time to enjoy the Christmas festivities downtown. It was delightful small-town entertainment. I discovered that the vendors at Founders Hall were open, offering fantastic food. I stayed at the Delta Prince Edward, but there was no activity on the harbor, so the view from my room wasn't worth the extra cost, as it was right by the hotel entrance.
Charlottetown is a fantastic little city that boasts unexpectedly excellent dining options, thanks to the nearby culinary school. It features budget-friendly accommodations, great food, and close access to stunning beaches, beautiful countryside, and various sightseeing opportunities.
