Several people have mentioned the price, but I believe it’s worth it considering everything you can see and the aquarium's quality. The tanks are well-maintained, and the fish and turtles appear healthy. The signage is informative, and the activities for children are excellent. However, I was frustrated that I couldn't enter without providing an email address. I asked a staff member for assistance with bypassing that requirement, but she insisted it was mandatory. She warned that using a fake email could result in being unable to verify my payment and possibly getting thrown out. This made my experience negative right from the start. I would have opted to give my email at the end of my visit, but being required to do so before entry seemed unreasonable. Despite this, I chose to proceed with my visit since I had spent a lot on rideshare to get there.
The aquarium is quite impressive and enjoyable. Kids have a wonderful time, and the reenactors are kind and genuinely good people.
The aquarium was enjoyable, especially seeing all the fish. While it tends to cater more to children than adults, we had a great time nonetheless.
It was an enjoyable and educational experience. However, several animals were without signs or labels, and we weren't quite sure how to participate in some of the interactive activities for children.
We had a great experience at the aquarium. It was very informative, showcasing a variety of underwater creatures. The staff was well-informed. It’s an excellent destination for families with children.
We had a great time and truly enjoyed all the exhibits. The Christmas decorations were adorable, especially for children.
I visited on Christmas Eve with my service dog, who barked once out of excitement at the fish. The staff were very unkind, warning me we would have to leave if she barked again. It was quite upsetting to be treated that way.
The experience is quite enjoyable, with staff who are both knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, visitors have the opportunity to explore the aquarium multiple times within the same day.
This is a charming little aquarium. While it leans more towards children and is somewhat small, it's still quite delightful. The fish were lively and vibrant throughout the visit.
My 13-year-old daughter and I wanted to fill some hours before a concert downtown, so we headed to Concord Mills to escape the heat and do some shopping. The place is just like it’s described, though it’s probably more suitable for younger children. We opted for the basic admission and found the upselling attempts for extra items were easy to turn down, allowing us to enjoy the self-guided tour. However, I felt it was a bit expensive for the 30 minutes we spent exploring.
