The tour was just okay. The route of the carriage depends on a lottery system, so you may or may not get to see your desired sights. The carriages are filled to capacity, making it difficult to see much during the hour-long ride. Additionally, the quality of your experience heavily relies on whether you have a knowledgeable tour guide, which feels like another lottery.
