This kayaking trip through the marshlands was exceptional. We encountered various wildlife and gained insights into boats, oysters, their shells, and conservation efforts in Charleston. Katie was outstanding.
This was an excellent experience filled with extensive knowledge and plenty of enjoyment. I strongly recommend it, especially for those trying it for the first time as it is very easy to manage.
Aiden was our guide, and he carefully assessed our kayaking skills before we set off in the high tide and wind. He ensured I was comfortable and kept an attentive watch on me as a senior participant. Aiden shared a wealth of fascinating facts about the environment, the birds, and many anecdotes, making the trip engaging without being tedious. Paddling through the oyster beds was a highlight, and he cautioned us about their sharp edges. We spotted old shrimp boats where ospreys nest and heard the local folklore related to the area. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.
