2This “Mauritius Essentials” 3-day private journey is designed to help you explore the island’s main regions at a relaxed, flexible pace. Each day is up to 8 hours, and you may choose which day you do each tour. *Day 1 – Northern Cultural Exploration* Discover northern Mauritius through a curated mix of botanical heritage, colonial history, and city life. Visit Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, L’Aventure du Sucre, Château de Labourdonnais, and Port Louis. *Day 2 – Southern Nature & Heritage* Explore tea plantations, native wildlife, and coastal scenery. Visit Bois Cheri, La Vanille Nature Park, and Gris Gris with La Roche Qui Pleure. *Day 3 – Southwest Landscapes & Optional Marine Experience* Discover volcanic landscapes and sacred sites including Trou aux Cerfs, Grand Bassin, Black River Gorges, and Chamarel Seven Coloured Earth. Optionally, begin the day with a shared-boat experience swimming with wild dolphins in their natural habitat, subject to sea and weather conditions.
3Explore the Southwest of Mauritius, and in true Mauritian fashion, enjoy a local lunch and rum tasting. You'll have a chance to explore the Hindu temples around the crater lake of Grand Bassin, and drive through Mauritius' largest park, Black River Gorges. Visit the famous 7-Coloured Earth at Chamarel and sample Mauritius Rums and the Chamarel Rhumerie. Enjoy a delicious Mauritian lunch, complete with a starter, main course and dessert. All entrance fees, lunch and hotel pickup and dropoff are all included in this private tour.
4The Adventure Tour combines two of the most famous nature parks in Mauritius: La Vallée des Couleurs and La Vanille Reserve des Mascareignes nature parks. La Vallée des Couleurs is home to the famous 23-coloured earth and an array of exciting activities, while La Vanille Reserve des Mascareignes is home to a variety of both endemic and non-endemic animal and plant species. You'll finish the day witnessing the waves crashing on the cliffs at Gris Gris and La Roche qui pleure.

6You will explore the southwest of Mauritius on this 8 hours private tour including Crocodile Park which is home to various species of animals, reptiles & plants set in a big rainforest valley. Then, drive to Bois-Cheri Tea Factory to visit the tea production. The Bois Chéri offers a great panoramic view of the south of the island. Get your camera ready as you would want to take a piece of this marvellous view with you back home. Next, you'll stop at Gris-Gris which is popular for its sea cliffs & gigantic waves. Later, you'll enjoy a 3-course lunch. Then, stop at Mare Aux Vacoas to admire the panoramic view of the oldest reservoir. Afterward, continue to Trou Aux Cerfs to see the Lush Green Dormant Volcano. Then drive to the Gorge Viewpoint to see the panoramic unparalleled beauty of the deep dense forest.
