I had a terrible experience. They were unable to honor my 2-day pass, claiming it was only valid for 1 day. I didn't end up going to Lego Land and couldn't get a refund after talking to three different representatives and a supervisor. Avoid booking with them.
This experience was fantastic. It was sensory friendly, the kids had a great time, and our visit lasted just one day. Legoland honored the promotion from October 2025, which was impressive since I had already bought the tickets. Thank you, Legoland!
Initially, I was not enthusiastic about visiting Legoland, but it surpassed all our expectations. Disneyland could learn something from Legoland. The park and hotel are designed to be enjoyable for both parents and kids, with very clean accommodations. I never felt rushed about rides or worried whether everyone could participate. Witnessing my grandchild's joy as he played with Legos alongside his parents was truly priceless. There are plenty of resting spots in the park, whether watching a movie in the theater, sitting on benches, or enjoying the play areas. The hotels are especially accommodating with a kids' bed area featuring its own TV and a smaller toilet seat for added convenience. Restaurant staff also inquire about food allergies when ordering. The pool area at the castle hotel is superior. However, I do have suggestions regarding the Legoland hotel. The check-in process is inconvenient, as all three computers broke down, leaving only one staff member available. A separate security line for hotel guests would enhance the early entry benefit, which we missed due to the long wait. I want to acknowledge everyone who worked at the Legoland hotel from April 5th to April 8th. Although I can’t recall all the names, everyone was exceptional. Xavier assisted with making dinner reservations and was very friendly and helpful. Michelle handled our check-in effectively. Yosev, Jobe, and Juan or Jose were very kind as they delivered our food. Jasmine D. was thoughtful and insightful while serving our meals.
I had an enjoyable time with the characters and attractions. The wait times were short, making it easy to navigate the park throughout the day.
Legoland is impressive, especially with their customer service. I encountered an issue, but the team at Legoland went above and beyond to assist me, though they were limited by Viator. The park itself was tidy, and the attractions were enjoyable, especially for my young children. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Legoland, but I had concerns with Viator.
Legoland is a fantastic park featuring numerous rides suitable for all ages, especially for kids 12 and younger. Purchasing tickets was straightforward and free of service charges, and I appreciated the option to cancel a day in advance. The park and its facilities are well-kept, although food prices are high, so bringing your own is advisable. Be prepared for parking fees starting at $40.
The experience was decent but felt pricey and crowded. There are plenty of enjoyable rides for younger children, although the stores lacked better Lego exclusives. Additionally, the lack of restroom signage was stressful. Overall, it was an acceptable outing, and I'm relieved we didn't purchase annual passes.
It was a wonderful experience for our family, including two six-year-olds, parents, and grandparents. We arrived at the opening and stayed for the whole day, although just six hours isn't enough to see everything. Some displays, particularly in the LEGO city area, showed signs of age, which was disappointing. We encountered some upselling and a few frustrated moments. While the food was pricey, the BBQ place offered delicious and satisfying options. We visited on a Thursday in May, and it wasn't crowded, allowing us to enjoy all the rides and activities we wanted, often multiple times with no longer than a 15-minute wait. It's ideal for six-year-olds. The new Galactic coaster was impressive, but the undersea submarine ride turned out to be a surprising favorite. Unfortunately, we missed the aquarium.
Visiting LEGOLAND is always enjoyable, but what made this day extraordinary for my children was the kindness of an employee named Renate. If you're at the park, make sure to seek her out; she's truly one of the best staff members.
I bought a 3-day ticket from Costco and used the first one on 2/22/26. The expiration date is 6/6/26, but when I tried to visit again on 5/16/26, I discovered that the other days must be used within 60 days of the first visit. This situation has left my three kids heartbroken, and I spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to reach someone at Legoland, without success. Beyond that, Legoland feels like a huge waste of money and is incredibly dull as an amusement park. There are very few attractions without additional costs, and the rides only appeal to children under 3, while older kids need to be taller than 3 to enjoy anything. The food is terrible, and the displays are unattractive, making the admission price hard to justify. Legoland has misled consumers, upset my children, and I feel robbed. Costco should not support such practices affecting its members.
