I saw dolphins, which was exciting, but we were moved to a different day for the tour. We had planned on a nice meal, but instead, we ended up with pizza and hot dogs. I never received a refund for the meal I was supposed to have.

It would have made more sense for them to heed the thunderstorm warnings announced all day, but they proceeded with the trip. We only lasted 10 minutes before heavy rain and frightening lightning caused the boat to rock intensely, so we didn’t get to see any dolphins or whales. However, the food and service were excellent. They did offer us a complimentary pass for a future trip, but given that we are four hours away, I'm uncertain if we'll return.
They canceled our dinner cruise on the same day, despite us booking and paying for it a week in advance. To make matters worse, they tried to sell us an alternative on a different boat. Avoid this company at all costs, as now I'm left to seek a refund.
