The tour leader was accommodating regarding my late arrival, though I wouldn’t advise doing that. The guides had excellent knowledge of bird locations, allowing me to add several species to my life list, including the Yellow-crowned Night Heron, American Oystercatcher, and Ruddy Turnstone. Make sure to bring your camera, as you will have great opportunities to see these stunning birds up close.
Birding by Boat on the Osprey offers an excellent experience. My husband and I have participated multiple times and continue to find it enjoyable. Each outing reveals new bird species, and visiting at various times of the year brings a diverse range of birds in accordance with the seasons. Captain Bob and Patty are fantastic guides, possessing extensive knowledge about local wildlife and the surrounding area, making the birding experience even more enjoyable.
