Our driver Jim took us on a great tour, highlighting some interesting spots. He even drove us through the old cemetery at our request. We had to change our schedule a few times due to an unexpected rainstorm, but it was a lot of fun.
The young pedicab driver, who I won’t name here, seemed more focused on his cellphone and future rides than on providing a good experience for us, his paying customers. This isn't acceptable in the service industry. Despite this, he received a generous tip because he’s young, and hopefully, he will learn from the feedback. His historical knowledge of Provincetown was inaccurate and disappointing. I suggest a thorough evaluation of your contractors.
