Our pedi cab tour in Provincetown was fantastic. With two couples, we required two pedicabs. Alex and another friendly driver arrived on time and provided a delightful tour. They were engaging and highlighted interesting sights along the way. We even stopped at two beaches for photos and dipped our feet in the ocean. I highly recommend this pedi cab experience for anyone visiting Provincetown and wanting to explore its beaches. They also offered excellent restaurant recommendations and gave us a Polaroid to remember our trip. It was a wonderful experience.
There was no experience at all. We received no information about the meeting time for the tour. I attempted to reach out for more than an hour without any response. By the time they got back to us, it was too late to participate in the tour. This company is extremely unprofessional; they even hung up on my wife when they finally contacted us.

As a first-time visitor, I found Alex's Pedicab Tour of Provincetown to be an excellent way to start my trip and familiarize myself with the area. Alex is a fantastic guide with impressive interpersonal skills, making him easy to connect with. He covers numerous spots, including the beach along Cape Cod National Seashore. During the tour, Alex shared valuable insights about both the area's history and its contemporary scene. I booked this tour online the night before on short notice, and Alex called me right away to confirm the booking, arranging pickup and drop-off at my hotel. I enjoyed the experience so much that I would certainly do it again on my next visit.
I attempted to reach out to the company multiple times, but they never responded. When I finally called, the driver claimed he was unaware of our reservation. He arrived on time but couldn't get in touch with his company. We ended up with a 45-minute ride and received no guide information beyond a few restaurant suggestions. We even tipped $20 in cash. Overall, it felt like a complete rip-off. I won't use this service again.
