I used this company in April 2024 for a transfer from Port Canaveral to MCO and had a wonderful experience, so I reached out via email on September 19 to book again at capecanaveraltransportation@gmail.com. However, I did not receive a reply, so I opted to book through Trip Advisor instead, which allowed payment in British Pounds. I tried contacting them again on October 28 to inform them about the Trip Advisor booking and some additional details, such as needing to drop off at a hotel near the airport rather than the terminal and our breakfast time of 8:15 am. Again, I received no response, so I forwarded my email to another address found on their website, Reservations@capecanaveraltransportation.com, on October 30, but still heard nothing. On the day we disembarked, November 1, the driver contacted me via call and WhatsApp at 9:03 am to inform me he would pick us up at 9 am. This left us just 45 minutes for breakfast, disembarking, collecting our luggage, and going through customs. I expected the company to be more experienced in handling pick-ups after a busy Disney cruise, especially considering the timing for those with 2nd seating breakfast. While the driver was friendly and had no issues, I was disappointed with the poor communication from the transfer company and their failure to respond to my emails. Additionally, they did not provide a booster seat for my 7-year-old, whereas my previous experience had shown them to be accommodating with car seats.
