I paid a significant amount for a premium SUV but was disappointed to receive a minivan instead. The driver, Robert, was excellent and the van was clean and functional, but it wasn't what I had reserved. There wasn't any option for a less expensive vehicle, and I would have chosen that if available. The reservation clearly stated a premium SUV, so they should consider offering different vehicle types at varying prices.
