Our experience was terrible. I arranged for a babysitter for my three kids, took my wife out for dinner, and we arrived for our kayaking date night only to find the company did not show up. We never got to kayak.
Frank was an exceptional guide. Despite encountering some poor weather upon our arrival, he patiently waited for conditions to improve and kept us informed throughout the night. Once things cleared, we truly enjoyed our time. Exploring Bird Island was fantastic; it was incredible to see the fish illuminating under the water as they swam away. This was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars!
Kayaking at night was initially daunting for me as a beginner. However, my guide was fantastic, and the bioluminescence along with the starry sky was breathtaking. We even witnessed a shooting star and dolphins nearby. This was definitely a bucket list adventure.
Seeing the bioluminescence was truly incredible. The guide provided excellent assistance in highlighting various locations and wildlife before the sun went down, but it was the glowing water that was the main attraction.
Our family, many of whom were new to kayaking, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The two guides provided an excellent tour, sharing insights about the bioluminescent plankton. Although the weather was initially uncertain, it cleared up quickly, and we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this tour; witnessing the fish in the bioluminescence is truly breathtaking.
We chose this kayaking tour based on a suggestion from our rental company. Mark and Eric guided our group of six, and they were both charming and knowledgeable about the area and its wildlife. They were very patient with us as we adjusted to kayaking. The sunset was breathtaking, and witnessing the bioluminescence in the water was an incredible experience. The comb jellies were fascinating, and the fish darting around us felt like fireworks. Our paddles even glowed blue in the water. I would certainly participate in this again if we return to Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach. It was a stunning evening.
We had an amazing experience! My friend, who had never kayaked before, was well taken care of with incredible patience. We interacted with jellyfish that lit up in our hands, making the droplets sparkle like diamonds. Every paddle stroke illuminated the water. Our guides shared extensive knowledge about the island's birds, explained bioluminescence, and taught us how to observe it with nets and our hands, as well as to look for fish jumping in the glowing water. A dolphin approached us closely, and we spotted others nearby. This is a must-do activity, and no prior experience is necessary.
Kayaking at Cocoa Beach at night was truly amazing. It's incredible to know you're paddling over a nursery teeming with diverse marine life. The bioluminescence added an extra touch of magic to the experience.
We all enjoyed it immensely. It was the highlight of our trip and definitely worth the expense. The guide provided a lot of valuable information.
Chase was fantastic—very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful time on the night bioluminescent kayak tour, witnessing glowing jellyfish and bioluminescent microorganisms; it was truly impressive. The two-hour drive to get here was definitely worth it, largely thanks to Chase's enthusiasm.
