Our half-day adventure on the Royal Gorge was fantastic! Our guide had more than 15 years of experience on the river. During our June excursion, we wore wetsuits and splash jackets, which kept us very comfortable. We can't wait to return!

Journey Quest provided us with an incredible white water rafting adventure, led by our fantastic guide, LJ. From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. The customer service was exceptional, allowing us to easily reschedule or change locations at the last moment without any issues, making the whole planning process quite stress-free. LJ added a special touch to the trip by integrating faith into the experience. She prayed with us before we set off and shared uplifting messages from the Word of God in a sincere manner. She connected wonderfully with the kids, encouraging them and even letting them take command of the rowing towards the end, which they greatly enjoyed. Our diverse group, ranging from ages 5 to 69, encountered plenty of exciting rapids while feeling safe and well-directed. The day was not rushed; instead, it felt relaxed and purposeful. With reasonable pricing, an enjoyable van ride, and LJ’s excellent humor, the entire experience was joyous and memorable from beginning to end. Journey Quest offers more than just rafting; it provides an experience filled with heart. We will certainly return.
This was an enjoyable experience with an excellent guide. I’ve participated in other rafting excursions through the Gorge, but this one ranked among the best. Even though we went later in the summer and the water flow was lower, it remained quite exciting.
This rafting trip on the Arkansas River was a bucket list experience for the four of us seniors. Our guide Mark was outstanding, and I’m glad I discovered this company for our adventure. I highly recommend them for any outdoor activities.
