It was an excellent experience. The treatment we received was wonderful, and we were educated on the entire production process. Our guide Sole was like a warm aunt, and Pili, the sobadora, was delightful. We took part in cleaning anchovies and then enjoyed an incredible vermouth accompanied by various exquisite tapas, which I won't describe to keep the element of surprise. Overall, I'm eager to do this again.
