Our experience with the tour was completely positive, in contrast to other reviews I've read. It was a wonderful way to explore the caves, and our guide, Gabriella, was extremely knowledgeable. We traveled to the caves by minibus, with a brief stop along the way for viewing, which was a nice addition. Although photography inside the caves isn't permitted, the transition was smooth, and we enjoyed a lovely group atmosphere. The guides communicated very well in English, which we appreciated since we don’t speak Spanish. However, it’s worth noting that they don’t accompany you inside the caves as the tour is conducted in Spanish, which was mentioned in the details, so a little Spanish preparation would have helped. Nevertheless, our guide made a concerted effort to provide us with all the necessary information ahead of time, allowing us to fully enjoy the caves. We’ve taken several trips with this company, and each time has been excellent. Thank you!
This excursion is absolutely worth it for the stunning landscapes and breathtaking views from the Pechón viewpoint, along with the impressive Soplao caves. Gabriela was an excellent guide.
The tour was truly remarkable in every sense. Gabriela proved to be an outstanding guide and driver. The Soplao Cave exceeded all my expectations; I really didn't want to leave.
The cave adventure was truly unique. I enjoyed it with my grandchildren, and afterward, we went to a restaurant that provided yet another memorable experience.
A remarkable cave experience that is truly worth the adventure, especially with proper footwear and gloves.
Customer service was poor, lacking both courtesy and assistance. Overall, it felt like a scam—it's better to save your money and skip this experience.
The tour was excellent, and Maria was a very insightful and accommodating guide. Although we don't speak Spanish, she communicated everything in English. The Soplao Cave was an amazing experience, especially for Spanish speakers.
A stunning location featuring remarkable formations created by the stalactites and stalagmites, with many of them connected together.
This tour is highly recommended for those with reduced mobility, as it is completely accessible. Our guide, Cristina, was outstanding—she communicated well, was humorous, and attentive to everyone's needs. They also offer various types of visits, including a via ferrata option with specialized guides.
The guide was very friendly and took the time to translate his explanations into French. This experience is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility. The sight is spectacular, featuring miles of stalactites and stalagmites.
