The sunrise tour was truly exceptional. It was organized impeccably, offering breathtaking views. Everything ran on schedule, and our fantastic guide, Ken, provided blankets and seat pads for our comfort. Before arriving at Lake Louise, we enjoyed coffee and cookies, with tea and hot chocolate available for kids and non-coffee drinkers. At Lake Louise, we had ample time to hike to Fairview Point or stroll around the lake. Since access to Moraine Lake by car is not allowed and booking a shuttle through Parks Canada can be difficult, this tour is undoubtedly the most convenient way to visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour; it saves you both time and money on parking, eliminating the hassle of finding a spot. It's also a wonderful chance to meet new people, especially for solo travelers. I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience certainly warranted one. A big thank you to our driver Ken, whose humor made the trip enjoyable and made me feel at ease!
Ray, our guide, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and was very helpful throughout the tour. With only 10 participants, the experience felt intimate. For the sunrise segment, he provided a warm blanket, seating pad, and hot coffee, making the early start worthwhile. On our way from the lake, we spotted a moose leap in front of our van, which was incredible, and Ray handled the situation expertly. We reached Lake Louise before the crowds arrived and departed around 11 am to return to our accommodations. This was truly a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it.
This tour was incredible. Ray was an outstanding guide, making the experience truly memorable. While we traveled between lakes, he shared insights about the local wildlife, and then a moose dashed across the road in front of us! Such a remarkable experience; I highly recommend it.
I highly suggest taking this trip. The early morning wake-up was definitely worth it. Even though the sun hadn’t risen over the mountains at Moraine Lake by the time we walked back down, we still captured stunning views and photos. The sunrise at Lake Louise was particularly beautiful.
It was an excellent experience. The views were stunning. Our host was thoughtful and made the morning enjoyable and effortless. Waking up early was definitely worthwhile.
Ken provided an excellent experience as our guide on the Sunrise trip to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. He was both kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I had ample time to explore the sites. We strongly recommend this tour and guide.
Seeing both lakes this way was a fantastic experience. Expect to encounter crowds upon arrival. The ride and the tour guide exceeded my expectations. It was great to have seat pads, blankets, and a warm drink. I’m pleased we chose this option.
I went on October 10, and the pickup timing was ideal for watching the sunrise. It was one of the final weekends to visit Lake Moraine, and the scenery was stunning—truly a perfect sunrise tour. The communication from the company was excellent, and our guide was outstanding.
The experience was wonderful, although I felt we spent a bit too long at each location. The sunrise was breathtaking, and Ozzy guided us in selecting the best spot to enjoy it. Lake Louise offered stunning views, but it was somewhat ruined by a large hotel and excessive crowds. Overall, a great tour company with an excellent driver.
We participated in an early morning small-group tour led by our guide and driver, Ozzy. The experience began with a 4am pickup, but we were greeted warmly and soon headed to Moraine Lake. Having heard about the challenges of arriving before sunrise only to deal with full car parks and long shuttle waits, booking a sunrise tour felt like the best option for us. We reached Moraine Lake about half an hour before sunrise, where Ozzy prepared tea and coffee for our group, along with delicious maple biscuits. He provided small backpacks with seats and blankets for our comfort. We then embarked on a 10-minute walk up to the Rockpile, which was an easy hike despite some uneven sections, so good footwear is necessary. Sitting on a rock, wrapped in a blanket with a warm coffee, and waiting for the first light on the mountains was a magical experience. While we weren't completely alone—given that this is Canada’s most photographed lake—it only added to the ambiance as everyone comes to appreciate the same stunning view. The sunrise was spectacular. Although it was cloudy and misty on our way up, the mist cleared, revealing breathtaking peaks bathed in soft golden light. We highly recommend Jumper Tours. After our time at Moraine Lake, we moved on to Lake Louise. It felt a bit less impressive by comparison—Moraine Lake truly shines—but it was still enjoyable to visit.
