This tour was canceled on us at the last minute and replaced with a visit to four lakes, which was not what we were looking for. However, our guide, Michael, was excellent.

The hikes were easy, but keep in mind that the lakes will be frozen in winter and won’t have the vibrant blue colors shown in photos. Nonetheless, the views remained stunning.
I had an enjoyable experience with our tour guide Michael, who picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. He was very knowledgeable about the sights and landscape during the tour. He also provided snow chains for our boots, which were necessary on the icy surfaces. The tour was beautiful, scenic, and adventurous, and I had a wonderful time with the other guests. I was informed the night before about a last-minute itinerary change, which replaced Johnston Canyon and the Banff gondola with Bow Lake and Peyto Lake. Overall, it was a great experience, though I wish we could have visited the gondola. I look forward to returning when the lakes have thawed.
Ray was an exceptional driver and guide. My wife and I would definitely take this tour again to visit the lakes that were closed.
Kenneth proved to be an incredibly knowledgeable guide and was also helpful in capturing group photos for us. The availability of snacks and water was appreciated, especially since it can be a long day traveling from Calgary.
