The tour was fantastic. Our guide, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions. We were fortunate enough to see three grizzlies—a mother and her two cubs—right off the road behind the guard rail. It was an incredible experience.
I had an excellent time on this tour. Traveling alone, I found the small group enjoyable, and Martin was a fantastic guide. Lake Louise was mostly frozen, as was much of Emerald Lake. I would think about returning in the summer.
Although we couldn't visit Moraine Lake because it was closed, returning to Emerald Lake and Lake Louise since my last visit in 2018 was wonderful. Both locations remain stunning. The tour operator performed well with no problems, the driver was friendly, and the crowds were manageable.
