Despite heavy snow causing some parts of the trip to be inaccessible due to an avalanche, he made it enjoyable with his knowledge and a good sense of humor, all while safely navigating difficult driving conditions. We really liked Johnston Canyon and found the frozen lakes fascinating, though they don't showcase their full beauty in winter as they do in summer. We would definitely recommend this trip.

We had an excellent experience exploring the lakes in their frozen form. Walking on the ice at Lake Louise was remarkable. We visited at the end of March, enjoying fresh snowfall each morning, with temperatures in the 30s that felt comfortable thanks to our warm layers. Our guide, Jacky, was entertaining and navigated the snowy roads skillfully.
We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide Ray was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would choose to take this tour again in the summer, as the lakes are frozen before May 15 and visibility is limited. The food options in Lake Louise are average, but the experience of seeing the mountains is worth it.

The places we saw were incredible, and the journey was quite comfortable and safe. Jesse, our guide, assisted me well in reaching the viewpoint at Peyto Lake. However, I had difficulty understanding Michael's commentary due to his strong accent. It would be better to have guides who speak fluent English, as hiring a separate, skilled guide from the driver seems necessary.
