The communication about the pick-up time was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly and informative. Ken was well-organized, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this experience.
Ozzy was an excellent tour driver, arriving on time and providing plenty of information. Lake Louise was busy, even in September, but Moraine Lake was stunning with its beautiful blue color and fewer visitors. The climb to the top for the best views required a fair number of steps, but it was definitely rewarding—my favorite of the two spots. I took many photos. The van was clean and comfortable, and Ozzy offered us bottled water upon boarding. Since it only accommodates around 12 passengers, we preferred it over a large bus, as it meant less waiting. I highly recommend this trip, with Ozzy making it even better.
Ray was an excellent driver and his hiking suggestion at Lake Louise was fantastic. The views were unmatched. Although it was quite cold during sunrise at Lake Moraine, the stunning scenery made it worthwhile. We were lucky enough to spot a moose too.
The ride was incredibly relaxing, accompanied by an excellent tour guide who showed us all the best locations. I strongly recommend this tour; the afternoon sun was stunning, and the sky's colors were simply breathtaking.
We enjoyed an incredible experience with Jumpers Tours. Ken’s friendly demeanor and humor set a welcoming atmosphere. The ride was smooth and safe, with Ken being an excellent driver on those mountain roads. He shared an abundance of insightful information about the area, including its history, interesting facts, helpful tips, and prime photography spots. His passion for his work truly enhanced our experience. This day was unforgettable and left a lasting impression. If you’re considering a trip to the Rockies, I highly recommend booking a tour with Jumpers Tours.
Ken displayed great patience and was very kind. He was attentive and friendly, knowing when to be quiet and when to provide helpful information.
The visit was truly wonderful. The lakes are magnificent and truly impressive. Lake Louise was quite crowded but still stunning. The sight of Lake Moraine as you reach the top was absolutely stunning. Ray, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and personable, plus an excellent photographer. He shared a wealth of history, local insights, stories, and humor, making the experience even better. I highly suggest trying to get him as your guide. Overall, it’s an essential experience, a fantastic evening, and offers great value.
Ken was an excellent guide who provided us with fascinating insights that improved our time in Banff/Canmore. Overall, it was a delightful day.
Ken provided an excellent tour of Lake Morane and Lake Louise. I genuinely appreciated the experience, as it made me realize how difficult it would have been to navigate these beautiful places on our own in just 4-5 hours. The trip was enjoyable, informative, and smooth. Thank you once more for everything.
Ken was an excellent guide who took great care of us. We had a full van and he picked us up right on time. Although we did not expect the overnight cold and snow, it created a stunning winter landscape. It took about 45 minutes to reach Lake Louise, which was busy, but the lake and snow made for a breathtaking sight. Ken provided us with approximately 75 minutes to explore the area. However, as we prepared to depart for Lake Louise, we learned the road was closed due to weather and a bus blockage. After a quick call to dispatch, we were informed that the tour had to be canceled, but we would receive half our cost back. While we were disappointed, we appreciate Ken and the company's effort to handle the situation positively. Overall, it was a good tour and we felt fairly treated.
