The communication regarding changes to the winter itinerary before the tour was lacking. While I understand the Icefields being closed necessitated alterations, other tours are clearer about changes upfront, which helps in planning to avoid overlaps. Had I known the route being taken, I would have likely cancelled due to the overlap with other tours. It also appeared that various groups on the tour were informed differently, leading to differing expectations.
The tour offered a serene and laid-back environment, with no feeling of being hurried. The host was attentive, addressing our inquiries and highlighting essential spots for sightseeing and photography. The driving was smooth and steady.

I had a fantastic day, enjoying the incredible scenery and the Skywalk. Our driver Gary was exceptional, making numerous stops and providing us with plenty of information. Traveling in a smaller group allowed for spontaneous stops as well. I highly recommend this experience.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this operator. Our 10-hour tour to the Icefields on Friday was canceled just before 9 PM the night before. They offered to reschedule for Saturday, which we accepted and confirmed our pick-up details. However, we arrived at the designated spot 15 minutes early, but no one showed up. When we reached out through the app, it became clear they had forgotten us. They suggested a completely different tour, which we declined since we had already visited those locations. After a call to the office, the driver claimed he had called us, but that was not true; it was just an excuse to deflect responsibility for missing us. They eventually offered a refund, but we were frustrated and disappointed to have wasted two full days of our four-day trip with this unprofessional and unapologetic operator. We were unable to book anything else with another company due to the timing. Beware.
We had a great day and visited many sites, but some group members nearly missed the opportunity to go onto the glacier. More consideration for the group’s preferences and the start times of the icefield tours would have been helpful.
This trip to Banff was wonderful, with visits to several lakes including Lake Louise and a ride on the Banff Gondola. Our guide Gary was fantastic, ensuring everyone's satisfaction while sharing a wealth of information. I highly recommend it.
