I had an incredible time with Ben on this tour. His knowledge of the park and the mountains' history was impressive. One thing to consider is relocating the pickup point in Canmore, as it's not very convenient for those staying at local hotels and lacks easy pedestrian access. A more central location would greatly help those on foot. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would happily do it again.
This tour was an incredible value. We chose it for its numerous stops in Alberta and British Columbia at a great price. Our guide, Ben, was exceptional, keeping us engaged and informed while allowing ample time at each location to explore. We even saw wildlife along the route, and he was considerate enough to slow down and stop for photos. I highly recommend this tour to others.
The trip was quite enjoyable. I've longed to visit Lake Louise, so I was somewhat let down to find it still frozen, though that's beyond anyone's control. Our first destination was Jackson’s Canyon, where the trek to the waterfall required more effort than expected given the sign indicating it was half a mile. In April, some trails were icy, but our driver provided crampons, which were very helpful. That was the most active part of the day. Afterward, we headed to Lake Louise followed by lunch (not included). There were a few more stops for gentle walks and photo opportunities. Our driver, who I believe was named Ben, was friendly.
This tour offers an excellent opportunity to visit many key sites in Banff National Park within a single day, making it a good value for time and money. The bus is charming, and the group size is manageable. Although our guide Ben was friendly, his delivery seemed somewhat rehearsed, likely due to needing to focus on driving. A separate guide might enhance the interaction. Overall, a pleasant experience with a great guide.

The attractions were well-known, but the timing made them feel serene, allowing for beautiful photo opportunities without crowds. The natural bridge was particularly breathtaking and definitely worth visiting.
