The shuttle arrived late, and the car that came was too small to accommodate everyone who had booked. They needed to request a larger van, which took another 30 minutes to arrive. Overall, we spent an hour waiting for this issue to be resolved. Poor organization. The van that finally showed up had hardly enough space for all the luggage and skis. I won’t book here again.

I had a terrible experience. We couldn't make it to Banff because of weather and flight delays. I attempted to transfer our booking to the shuttle for our return to the airport, but I couldn't reach anyone by phone despite multiple calls the day before and the morning of the trip. When we arrived at the pickup spot, there was a heavy snowstorm, and they failed to show up. After finally getting someone on the line, I spent an hour looking for another shuttle with no resolution. We couldn't find any taxis or Ubers either. Eventually, a Brewster bus picked us up, but we were late for our flights and had to spend an additional night in Calgary. The issues continued from there. Avoid booking the Banff Explorer through this service.

Depending on the location of your baggage claim area, the walk to doors 4 or 5 can be quite lengthy. We arrived at door 17, but the service we received was excellent. Red was extremely helpful, and we were dropped off directly in front of our hotel.
