The staff ensured every experience, including zip lining, ATV rides, and horseback riding, was safe, enthusiastic, and well-managed. With plenty of trained guides available, everyone, regardless of age, could enjoy the day to its fullest. A nice touch was the dedicated photographer who captured memorable moments, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the action instead of worrying about taking photos. The delicious lunch, especially the unforgettable yuca fries, was a highlight. We loved them so much we requested another batch, and the staff gladly obliged. Riding ATVs was also fun, even when sharing. Lunch was included, and there’s a pool to relax in afterward. I would absolutely recommend this.
I have a four-year-old who loves adventure, and this tour was ideal for him to try a variety of activities. I preferred not spending an entire day on just one thing, and this excursion offered a mix — horseback riding, ATVs, zip lines — all in one package that suited him perfectly. At first, I was concerned about him riding his own horse, but the guide was with him the entire time, making it a fantastic experience. While he couldn't drive the ATV, he had a blast sitting in front of me. He particularly enjoyed splashing through water and seeing cows. He went on most of the ziplines alone, but we shared a couple of them, and although he was a bit scared initially, he quickly discovered he loved it. The adults had a fantastic time too. Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone felt safe and comfortable. The lunch was delicious; they prepare great food, and you certainly won't leave hungry. The only regret I have is not bringing enough cash. They have a vendor at the ranch, a local shop you visit during the ATV tour, and they take photos of your experiences (most of which can be paid for with a card). With so many guides and the wonderful cooks, I wish I had more money for tips for everyone. We brought swimsuits thinking about the pool mentioned in the description, but with so many activities, we never even considered using it. Honestly, the pool didn’t seem as appealing compared to what we had on the ship, but that wasn’t the reason for choosing this excursion, so it wasn’t a concern for us. Just leave the swimsuits behind and immerse yourself in the adventures! This tour struck the perfect mix of thrill and family enjoyment, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic, especially those with children.

Unfortunately, like all great experiences, it eventually ended, but the memories we created will last a lifetime.

We booked the VIP pass for ATV rides, lunch, zip lining, and horseback riding, with an expected 7am arrival. The tour bus showed up at 8:15. After completing the ATV ride, we were left without guidance on what to do next. There was no assigned tour guide to assist with the transitions between activities. We had to rush through the zip line experience to make it back to the boat, which meant we missed lunch. While the ATV and zip line were enjoyable, the lack of organization and direction from the staff was disappointing. We inquired about rescheduling lunch and horseback riding for our next visit, and the staff member promised to contact me through Viator, but I never received any follow-up. It felt like this was simply a delay tactic to avoid refunding our money.
