Snorkelling was amazing, and the boat ride offered a great view of the coast. They even sent us pictures taken during the tour at no additional charge. I highly recommend them.
We visited Sosúa beach, which had three different coral reef spots. There was ample opportunity to snorkel, and they even provided photographs of our experience.
The experience was overall quite enjoyable, with responsive guides, quality equipment, and comfortable lodging. I would have given it five stars, but the excursion concluded with an hour spent on a crowded beach inundated with aggressive salespeople offering massages, hair braiding, food, and more. I would consider doing it again, particularly if the beach segment could be omitted.
Richard was prompt and waiting for us outside the port at the agreed time. His communication the day before was excellent. The crew displayed professionalism and was very helpful. The equipment was spotless. They even took photos and shared them with us as we departed. Highly recommended.
The trip was canceled by the tour operator, allegedly due to bad weather, but it was actually sunny that day. I suspect they pulled the plug because of low enrollment. I wish they had been straightforward instead of dishonest.
