We had a private tour for just the two of us, and Jose was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He took photos for us at different locations. We really enjoyed strolling down Pink Street and the whole experience was delightful.
Joseph provided excellent service. He was very informative and tailored the tour to our preferences. However, we had to walk quite a distance to reach the shuttle.
The van was very comfortable, and Jose proved to be an excellent guide. The stops were ideal, allowing us to explore, take pictures, and shop at our leisure, with him always nearby when we were ready to move on. The convenience was a significant plus. We particularly enjoyed shopping on Umbrella Street and discovering handmade items just across from the park.
The guide performed well, but there wasn't much to see at this port. I wouldn't recommend this experience.

This tour met all our expectations. We saw significant attractions in the city and sampled rum, chocolate, and cigars, which my husband loved. Although the cable car was closed for renovations, Jose attended to our needs and expertly guided us around. We highly recommend him and this private tour.
The driver was excellent and took wonderful care of us. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely use this service again. It was nice having such a good guide.
Louis Jose was an outstanding guide. He showed us all the main sights and more. When the cable car was closed, he helped us purchase bus tickets to the mountain and even accompanied my elderly parents back to the cruise ship when they wished to leave early. He also found a local restaurant for us while we waited and ensured we returned to our ship before departure. It was a fantastic experience.
