Upon arriving in Busselton on our Azamara Cruise, we couldn't secure a tour through the ship, so we arranged for a Bus and Driver to explore the wineries. We were thrilled with our experience, especially since I come from South Australia. Our driver was incredibly knowledgeable, and I particularly enjoyed MARQ wines; don't miss the cheese platter and the chocolate shop across the road. Happs Winery offered the finest wine tasting experience, and we also had a wonderful lunch at Wildwood.
What a fantastic day we had, expertly guided by Gillian. We enjoyed a wonderful wine tour of three wineries, each with knowledgeable staff sharing insights about their specific regions and wines. The lunch at another winery was just what we needed. Then we visited a chocolate factory! To cap off the day, we went to a microbrewery for some final drinks. Although we were the oldest participants in our 70s, the younger group was great company. Excellent value for the cost. I highly recommend this tour.
We had an excellent day touring three wineries, a chocolate shop, a brewery, and enjoying a wonderful lunch. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the Margaret River region. Our guide, Taz, was exceptional and made the experience enjoyable for everyone.
We appreciate Rusty and the team for a wonderful day. It was an ideal mix of wineries and breweries, alongside some chocolate. The day went by quickly, and we look forward to returning for another experience.
My husband arranged this wine tour for my birthday. We were picked up at our Dunsborough accommodation by our friendly and laid-back driver, Flynn. Our first stop was at Cape Naturalist, the highlight of the day. Jen provided an entertaining lesson on wine, along with ample tastings and laughter, all set in a lovely environment. The day was enjoyable, especially with a great group. Lunch at Swings & Roundabouts was tasty, featuring wood-fired pizza, chips, and a fresh salad. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour for everyone. It was a fantastic day out exploring.
Excellent selection of wineries. Our host was friendly and informative. The staff at the wineries were helpful and knowledgeable. The group size was just right, and there wasn't excessive driving involved.
We toured four additional wineries beyond the listed ones, including a beer factory and an olive oil factory, with deliveries made to our accommodation by 6 PM. The high quality and friendly staff made the experience enjoyable.
John was well-informed about the area and brought valuable experience. The booking was straightforward, and the bus was both comfortable with effective air conditioning. There was a system for purchasing and storing wines on board. The tour catered to repeat visitors without overshadowing newcomers. We also connected Bluetooth to someone’s playlist and sang on the way back! Overall, it was a wonderful day. The experience could vary depending on your group, but open discussions led to a fantastic day.
It was an excellent day spent visiting charming and intriguing smaller wineries, a delightful chocolate factory, and ending at a brewery. The wood-fired pizza lunch was delicious and generous. Our driver and guide, Rusty, was friendly and knowledgeable, making the day truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this experience.
Rusty, our guide, was warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. We had a fantastic group of strangers who quickly bonded and made the day enjoyable. I highly recommend this wine tour, thank you!
