Explore Jewel Cave's stunning chambers on a guided tour, featuring unique stalactites and ancient stories, plus an optional karri forest walk.
Located near Busselton, Jewel Cave is the largest show cave in Western Australia, renowned for its magnificent formations, including one of the longest straw stalactites in any tourist cave in Australia. The guided tour takes you through three expansive chambers decorated with impressive crystal formations and ancient cave features, while sharing intriguing stories of past inhabitants like the Tasmanian Tigers.
Following the cave tour, you can opt for a self-guided walk in the nearby karri forest, where towering trees and local wildflowers thrive, especially during winter and spring. Ensure you come prepared for varying temperatures—it's cooler in the cave, so dress accordingly.

The cave experience was incredible. Our guide, Riley, was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information. The caves themselves were stunning and absolutely worth the admission for the hour-long tour with a group size of about 30. Just a heads up: there are 500 stairs to descend into the cave, and while going down isn't too tough, returning requires some effort, especially for someone my age of 71. I would certainly suggest participating in this tour.
We had a fantastic time on an impressive cave tour. It's definitely the biggest cave we've ever explored. This tour is truly worth every penny.
The tour of the Jewel Cave, lasting nearly an hour, was well worth it. Murray provided just the right amount of information sprinkled with humor, making it fascinating. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you once again!
The experience exploring the Jewel Cave was fantastic and incredibly informative. The descent involves numerous stairs and there are elevated CO2 levels. The deepest part reaches approximately 42 meters below ground.
An incredible tour and experience that should not be missed. It's a breathtaking gem that I thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to others.
This was an incredible tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and addressed all our queries. There are 500 steps, but they are well distributed, making them manageable. The light show was enchanting, and when the lights went off, it felt surreal.
This was a fantastic experience with an impressive cave. The walking was easy, and the guide was both humorous and knowledgeable.
I thoroughly enjoyed this guided tour, as the natural wonders truly spoke for themselves. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and the cave formations were absolutely breathtaking.
The tour was very well organized and provided a safe experience for both my family and the other participants. We truly appreciated the insights shared during the tour.
