I took my family on this tour and we found it to be a fantastic experience. The wine was enjoyable, and the kids were thrilled to see chocolate being made and to taste it. For me, the highlight was enjoying a delicious lunch paired with locally produced cider. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, leading us to various scenic spots, including beautiful vineyards. Walking along the wooden bridges at Canal Rocks offered stunning views and was a great part of the tour. I plan to bring some of my clients on the next tour with Unwind Tours, which comes highly recommended.
This wine tour was an incredible experience! Our driver Simon was the best guide — funny, adaptable, and very knowledgeable. He took us to fantastic cellar doors and shared fascinating stories about wine production. The weather was perfect, the wine delightful, and the fellow tour participants were wonderful. My friends and I had a wonderful day in Margaret River with Theron serving as our guide. From the initial contact with Paul and Ally to the pick-up and drop-off, everything went smoothly and was very easy. I will certainly recommend this experience and hope to return someday.

The guided "Signature Tour" by Unwind Tours was worth every extra penny. Our friendly and knowledgeable driver/guide, who truly felt like a wonderful host, took us to the best spots in the Margaret River wine region. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Clairault Estate and sampled excellent PREMIUM wines at Credaro's winery. This full-day tour is highly recommended, as it included everything we hoped for.
Don't search any further. This was the best tour I've participated in, surpassing others I've taken in Barossa and European wineries. Our guide, Shane, was exceptional—knowledgeable and professional, he truly excelled. He made our friends' reunion unforgettable and is a real gem. We're already planning to book again in the Spring. The lunch at Clairault winery was outstanding, and the wine tastings were perfectly suited to our preferences. Shane also made sure to take us to locations that have now become favorites. I highly recommend the day trip to Margaret River. Our guide, Paul, was exceptional and had extensive knowledge of the region. The tour's highlights included a visit to Busselton and a delightful three-course lunch at Clairault Winery.
I had the worst experience on this tour, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. We paid $475 per person, but one guest was left behind for pickup and had to walk to a friend's hotel. The van was in terrible condition inside and out. Although the itinerary promised morning tea, we were forced to pay for it ourselves at a remote shed. We only visited one winery, contrary to the itinerary that included stops at a gin, cider/beer place, a chocolate factory, and an olive oil factory — none of which happened. The guide, Paul, was passive-aggressive throughout, and his driving felt dangerous. Overall, it felt like we had an Uber driver taking us to a single winery. The high cost did not reflect the poor experience provided. Despite reaching out over five times for a 20% refund due to half the tour being missing, they've ignored us completely. It's incredibly disheartening to see a company take people's money while delivering such an unsatisfactory tour.
We enjoyed a fantastic day, and Shane was an excellent guide. The personalized service was delightful, and he truly went the extra mile to fit in one last winery visit for us.
