We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon. The crew was exceptional and quite knowledgeable. Despite the choppy conditions, they were attentive to those dealing with seasickness. A professional photographer was present, and we could access her photos for free, which was a nice extra. I highly recommend this trip.
I recently returned from a whale watching tour and wholeheartedly recommend it. The ship was modern and comfortable, and the fantastic crew, led by the amazing Captain Albert, made the experience exceptional. We encountered numerous pods of whales, seeing dozens throughout the trip. It became so enjoyable towards the end that they extended our time on the water because we didn’t want to leave. Don’t miss this adventure if you're in Perth.
I traveled with my husband and adult brother, and we had an amazing experience. The trip was well-organized from boarding to disembarkation. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the boat was clean. In just two hours, we saw many whales. I fully recommend this for its great value. You should definitely go for it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our whale watching experience with this amazing company. Upon arrival, we were promptly welcomed aboard the Captain's Lounge, which is absolutely worth the extra charge for its excellent views from the front. Shortly after we set off, we spotted some dolphins, and soon after, a mother whale and her calf approached us. It was incredible to see the baby come so close to our boat as we drifted patiently. This family's dedication to wildlife and their desire to share their knowledge was evident throughout the trip. They don’t chase the whales; instead, they allow them to come to the boat, which was truly special. Gemma, the daughter, provided an engaging commentary that enhanced our experience, especially when we observed another pod with a mother and calf being followed by several male whales. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for the unforgettable memories during our time in Australia.
The team was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They were friendly to both adults and children, providing assistance to those who were feeling seasick.
We thoroughly enjoyed the whale watching tour departing from Perth. The crew was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, sharing plenty of fascinating details about the whales and their migration patterns. Although the sea conditions were somewhat rough that day, the staff ensured everyone felt safe and at ease. We were fortunate enough to observe several humpback whales up close, which was a remarkable experience. Overall, it was a fun and educational journey that is definitely worth taking.
This was a fantastic experience with highly professional staff, and we were fortunate enough to spot a small pod of humpback whales.
What a fantastic experience to observe beautiful whales in their natural habitat. Although we were informed that it was a slow day for whale watching, we still encountered several whales, making it a wonderful way to enjoy our time in Western Australia.
We encountered numerous whales, and one of them greeted us by flopping its fins on the water. Despite the windy and chilly weather, it was absolutely worthwhile.
We showed up at Sardine Jetty as directed, well ahead of time, but there was insufficient signage to confirm we were in the right location. After waiting alongside many other eager tourists, one eventually got a call informing her that the trip had been canceled due to engine failure. No one from the company came to share the unfortunate news, nor did we receive any apologies for the letdown. While the engine failure was beyond control, the absence of customer service was not acceptable.
