Garh Palace

Garh Palace is a sprawling complex in Bundi, built over several centuries, predominantly during the 16th and 17th centuries by the ruling Kachwaha dynasty. Its striking blue and white façades, ornate frescoes, and intricately carved balconies reflect the city's rich history and artistic heritage, while the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area are particularly captivating. Plan to spend at least a couple of hours exploring its many courtyards and halls, including the renowned Chitrashala, known for its stunning murals. The early morning or late afternoon light enhances the colours of the palace, and it's worth noting the nearby Taragarh Fort for a full day of historical exploration.
