The customer service was unacceptable. I booked a shared airport pick-up for 1pm with Attractions4us through Viator. After receiving my luggage by 12:20, I waited as instructed. By 12:51, I received a message to contact the driver but struggled to get through due to calling internationally. I left messages and reached out to Attractions4us multiple times, but they were unresponsive. Eventually, I was told the driver left after waiting an hour, even though my booking was for 1pm. There was no communication regarding where to wait, nor did the driver make any calls. After exhausting efforts to connect with the driver and Attractions4us, I gave up and took an Uber instead. Attractions4us offered no apology and asked for $55 to rebook. I've requested a refund from Viator and hope to hear back soon. I've used Viator for airport pickups worldwide without issues until now, but based on this experience, I recommend avoiding them and opting for an Uber instead.
The driver was extremely polite. Although there was a delay in arrival, I was able to use the internet to send a message, and everything turned out fine in the end.
Traveling from Buffalo to Niagara Falls was a pleasant experience. Our group of seven was divided between two vans, which added comfort. Any issues that arose were addressed swiftly and professionally.
I am currently in the process of filing a complaint. We booked a shared pickup for 1:00 PM and arrived at 12:20 PM, but waited for the driver who didn't show up. I received a message at 12:52 asking to call the driver, but I was unable to reach them. I made numerous attempts to contact Attractions4us through phone, text, and email, which was costly since I have a UK phone. Two American travelers kindly let me use their phones to call as well. After multiple failed attempts, Attractions4us finally called back at 1:35 PM to inform me that the driver had left, despite our clear presence at the pickup point. At no time did the driver attempt to contact me. After waiting since 4 AM, we ultimately decided to take an Uber. I look forward to discussing this poor service further.

Despite price increases and uncertainty from other local providers due to this unique event, I felt completely safe booking with Viator and appreciated their dedication to offering quality services at fair prices.
