This is an excellent way to explore the mountains. I was initially concerned about the difficulty, considering I don't bike often, but I found the bike very easy to handle. The owners are friendly and offer helpful instructions. We would definitely rent from BV again.

An excellent way to enjoy half a day in Buena Vista. The team was friendly and supportive, the bikes were fantastic (it was my first time on an electric MTB, making off-road riding a breeze), and the scenery was breathtaking. While the bike rental was on the pricier side, we believed the experience justified the expense.
The scenery was spectacular, and riding the e-bike was a lot of fun. However, it would be improved if the bikes could go faster than the 20 mph limit.
We had a wonderful day! The staff were friendly and very professional, arranging a relaxed ride by the river. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.
The bike ride in Buena Vista was outstanding. Katy and Darin were welcoming, supportive, and well-prepared for our trip. The e-bikes were in excellent condition, and the trail was easy to navigate, well-maintained, and clearly marked. Using the ebikes was an enjoyable experience, especially after we adjusted to their weight and controls. As seniors with no prior ebike experience, we found the instructions to be clear and very useful. The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making everything possible for us. We went on a self-guided tour along the Arkansas River and look forward to doing it again next Fall.
Our experience with the E-bikes was fantastic. The bikes were prepared for us upon arrival, and we received a map for the tunnel trail, which looked stunning in the fall foliage. They were also very flexible when we needed to reschedule from Saturday to Sunday because of the weather. I highly recommend this activity.
