The service I received was the worst I've ever experienced. I booked in advance and shared my flight details beforehand. Upon arrival, I arrived 15 minutes early, thanks to Global Entry, and reached out via WhatsApp for an update on my driver. They asked for a photo of my location and luggage, but I received little response to my messages. After trying to contact them by phone, I was told they only respond to messages. I ended up communicating with three different representatives, who informed me the driver was en route, yet we waited 45 minutes with no pickup. I eventually took an Uber, which was cheaper than what I had paid. Despite not receiving the service and requesting a full refund, the company refused to return my money. I genuinely believe this operation is a scam and would not recommend it to anyone. Even Viator was not helpful in resolving the issue, and now I must dispute the charges with my credit card company.
