Having never ridden an e-bike before, I found this to be a fantastic opportunity to give it a go. At 66 years old and not extremely confident on a bicycle, I adapted quickly; within 10 minutes, I was riding comfortably. The route to Frisco is pleasant and mostly flat. There were a handful of road crossings, particularly when leaving the shop to access the trail, but traffic was light, and I walked my bike across once or twice. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
We had a great time biking from Breckenridge to Frisco. After a brief lesson and bike fitting, we were off. The bikes were very comfortable.
As a first-time e-bike user, I received immediate assistance upon arrival and thorough instructions on operating the bike. The staff member even stayed outside with me until I gained confidence in riding it.
Brandon at Ridden was fantastic! Despite the fact that Ridden was fully booked for the day when Viator took my reservation, Brandon went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out. I did notice that booking through Viator was more expensive than contacting the location directly for reservations.
The staff at Ridden were extremely welcoming and attentive. The person who provided our bikes ensured we understood everything about them, patiently addressing all our questions and making us feel at ease with the E bikes we rented.
Renting the bikes was a breeze, and the route was simple to navigate with stunning views. We enjoyed lunch in Frisco, strolled around, and returned in a perfect five-hour window for biking. Highly recommend this experience.
