I pointed out that it should focus on the group's preferences since many were starting to feel drowsy; we wanted something livelier. While the tour itself was enjoyable, I found his attitude and passive-aggressive behavior to be off-putting, making the rest of the experience uncomfortable. We're planning to return this year but will opt for a different winery tour.
