No pickups occur in West Yellowstone or Big Sky during winter, so those areas should not be booked. In summer, pickups are available at any accommodations or addresses in West Yellowstone, Big Sky, the Old Faithful area, Old Faithful Inn, Gardiner, and Bozeman. Visitors staying in Island Park are asked to meet in West Yellowstone at a designated location with safe, free parking for the day. Suggested pickup times are 6am or 7am, but arrangements can be made for any preferred time. For those looking to enhance their wildlife viewing experience by avoiding crowds, pickup can be arranged as early as 5am, depending on the season and pickup location. Breakfast is not provided, so it is advisable to prepare items like coffee, fruit, yogurt, donuts, and snacks the night before.
