We embarked on an incredible tour to see the sights, even with winter approaching and many roads closed. The snowfall from the previous day added a magical touch to the experience. The breathtaking waterfalls were a highlight, and we encountered numerous bison, including two newborns. Witnessing Old Faithful erupt, alongside the hot springs and other geysers, was spectacular. Brian shared his extensive knowledge about the park, enhancing the experience, and the lunch he provided was top-notch. This adventure is not to be missed.
This tour was incredible. Bryan was engaging, entertaining, and knowledgeable about Yellowstone and its wildlife. He was thoughtful regarding rest breaks and lunch, allowing ample time to take in the park's sights. If you're considering a day at Yellowstone, this is the tour to choose.
This tour was fantastic. The communication regarding pick-up time and the day's itinerary was excellent. Bryan's knowledge and passion for Yellowstone, along with its history and wildlife, made for a great experience with amazing photo opportunities. I highly recommend it.
This tour is outstanding! My husband was new to Yellowstone, and I hadn’t visited since childhood. Brian guided us to the top sites and even attempted to show us a grizzly bear, but it left before we could catch a glimpse. He provided a delicious lunch with healthy options like cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, chips, and cookies, all enjoyed while we watched Old Faithful erupt—perfectly timed. Brian is also environmentally conscious, using cloth napkins and reusable dishes. His knowledge about Yellowstone, from its history to geothermal features and wildlife, was impressive. During a photo stop, he even took the time to pick up trash left behind, demonstrating his commitment to protecting the ecosystem. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a comprehensive day in the park. We intend to return and may book again with family.
I hesitated to write a review, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from facing similar unprofessionalism. We had scheduled a tour on 2/19/26 for our mother's 70th birthday, clearly stating that we were the first to book and that our pickup location was convenient. I confirmed this twice. The night before our tour, I received a text at 9:02 PM asking if I was available for a call regarding our tour. My phone is typically silent after 8:30, so I wondered what would have happened if I hadn’t seen that message. When he called, he informed me that he was overbooked and might not be able to make it the next day. I explained our situation and the inflexibility of rescheduling. He then said he’d try to reach out to other guests to see if they could change their plans. However, I later learned from another guest that he had contacted them two days earlier about their flexibility. It’s baffling that he would wait until 9:00 PM the night before our tour to inform us, especially considering we were the first to book. On another note, if you're sensitive about food hygiene, be cautious. Lunch consisted of leftover mayo, chips, and cookies from prior guests, along with him blowing his nose right after preparing the ingredients. The chips were not in single servings, leading to multiple people reaching into the same bag, which was quite shocking. While he was knowledgeable and funny, taking us to beautiful locations, I believe the situation could have been managed better. Additionally, the lunch arrangements could use a rethink for those who are concerned about germs, such as my sister and I; single-serve items and gloves for handling food would be inexpensive solutions.
The guide had an impressive understanding of Yellowstone's history and brought us to the park's top viewing spots. We saw wildlife that we likely wouldn't have found on our own, making the experience truly outstanding.
We had a fantastic day. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and took us to the best spots in the park. They also provided us with a wonderful lunch.
Bryan provided a wealth of information during the tour, which was outstanding. I gained a lot of knowledge about the park. It’s an experience that everyone should have.
The tour guide had a wealth of knowledge about Yellowstone and prioritized seeing Old Faithful first, along with choosing the best sights for us. The tour lasts the entire day, with sandwiches and water provided. Don't forget to tip.
The tour was wonderful. We experienced stunning scenery and truly appreciated the snow. Having a guide enhanced our enjoyment of the day significantly.
