Excess luggage cannot be accommodated, and the guest must take responsibility for it. • If traveling with a child under 8, please notify customer service at the time of booking with the child's age and details to arrange a child seat (US$20 each). • The tour guide will reach out to you the day before departure; keep your mobile phone handy. If you are on a flight or cruise the day prior, please inform us so we can make contact. • The tour guide or driver may alter the order of visits, duration of stops, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other variables to maintain the itinerary's flow. • Guests on small group tours cannot use personal national park annual passes or attraction tickets. If guests present their own tickets, transportation services will not be provided, and they must arrange their own transport. (Non-US residents may use their own national park annual passes.)
