Our tour with Indulge Boise Food Tours was fantastic, thanks to our guide, Stephanie. Boise's dining scene is surprisingly vibrant for food enthusiasts. Although the city doesn't have a standout cuisine beyond potatoes and Basque influence, the restaurants we visited displayed impressive creativity (yes, potatoes and Basque dishes were part of the menu). We made four unique stops; while some were popular picks, others revealed hidden gems we would have missed. If you’re in Boise, it’s wise to book this or one of Indulge's other food tours on your first day. It’s an excellent way to taste local fare and come back to your favorites later on (which is exactly what we did). Beyond the food, Stephanie shared a wealth of history and cultural insights about Boise and Idaho, making this food tour a must-do during your trip.
